Sony Ericsson unveils 3G email phone

Sony Ericsson launched its first device based on the new version of the UIQ user interface for the Symbian operating system, and it looks like an iPod. The M600, designed for business email users on UMTS networks, features a fully specified email tool and mobile phone that includes a touch screen and handwriting recognition. The M600 supports a range of proprietary push email applications--a good thing in this world of flying lawsuits over mobile email technology. You never know when one is going to disappear.
