Alltel is celebrating the one-year anniversary of its innovative "My Circle" calling plan. The plan, which allows subscribers to call any 10 numbers on any network for free, was groundbreaking when it launched because it was the first time a carrier let subscribers make unlimited calls to pre-designated numbers regardless of what network those numbers were on. Last October T-Mobile launched a similar service, called My Faves, which allows subscribers to pre-designate five numbers. Article
