SPOTLIGHT: Feds seek comments on spectrum test bed

The Commerce Department asked the public for comments on the proposed creation of a government-industry spectrum sharing test bed, which aims to build on past successful arrangements that have driven innovation in spectrum use. The test bed will build on tests at 5 GHz, 70 GHz, 80 GHz and 90 GHz bands. The NTIA and FCC will each identify about 10 MHz of spectrum for the test bed. Article
