SPOTLIGHT: Hundt: Next president will decide on open access

According to former FCC chairman and Frontier Wireless executive Reed Hundt, the next president of the U.S. could decide the outcome of the open access debate. While the 700 MHz spectrum will be auctioned off this coming January, a few of the open access regulations are set to sunset come January 2009. The enforcement of open access rules, then, will fall during the next president's tenure. Article
