SPOTLIGHT: Iran launches first private mobile network


According to a report from the AFP, Iran has launched its first mobile phone network with SIM cards. Irancell is distributing the 300,000 SIMs to Tehran, Mashha and Tabris for the first phase, according to ministry official Masoud Fateh. Blog
