Microsoft has signed a co-development agreement with China-based TechFaith Wireless, which is backed by Qualcomm, to work on a number of smartphones and consumer entertainment devices. The agreement also sees the companies jointly selling and marketing Microsoft's Windows Mobile devices. China is the world's biggest cell phone market. Article
