MinuteWatcher is accusing T-Mobile of blocking access to its MinuteWatcher service, which offers a free service that monitors wireless usage for customers. MinuteWatcher said it has been unable to contact T-Mobile's servers since June 19. It needs the servers to download usage information, which is subsequently emailed to the user. T-Mobile didn't comment, but MinuteWatcher claims the operator recently put into place new rules that give T-Mobile "the right (a) to limit the number of times you may log in to this site within a certain period of time and/or (b) to restrict your use of automated scripts, plug-ins, and/or other third-party devices to obtain information (e.g., unbilled usage data) from this site."
