SPOTLIGHT: Mobile TV trying to run before it can walk

According to the U.K.'s Steve Clarke, editor of Television (the journal of the Royal Television Society), mobile TV is running before it can walk. Imagine, if you will, a 16-channel digital television for less than £10 per month. Too good to be true? It is. We don't know yet what is going to work best for mobile content, whether it's the underlying technology, the business model or the content. Let's not expect any one device to be the Swiss army knife of mobile content. Op-Ed
