SPOTLIGHT: National Grid to sell wireless unit


U.K. power-network company National Grid plans to sell its wireless unit to infrastructure company Arqiva, a subsidiary of Macquarie Bank, for an estimated $4.94 billion. The company then plans to take most of that money and offer it as a share-buyback program to its shareholders. Article (WSJ sub. req.)
