SPOTLIGHT: Ofcom regulates wholesale charges

In other, non-CTIA news, British regulator Ofcom has put limits on the fees a carrier can charge another carrier for connecting calls on their networks to be between £400 million and £500 million. The regulator said the ruling should save landline users about £8 a year, but will not affect mobile users.
