South Korea's antitrust group fined the country's three mobile operators a combined $1.8 million for price collusion. The Fair Trade Commission said SK Telecom, LG Telecom and KTF participated in unfair business practices in 2004 by collectively agreeing to discontinue flat-rate pricing as competition grew from the entrance of number portability.
