Sweden's telecommunications company Tele2 is seeking to become Spain's first MVNO before the end of this year. Tele2 confirmed that it is in talks with several local operators and expects to reach a deal shortly. Tele2 is one of several companies that already hold licenses to launch MVNO services in Spain, but none of them has so far reached an agreement with network operators, despite growing pressure from Spain's telecoms regulator CMT.
