SPOTLIGHT: Two carriers in Customer Service Hall of Shame

MSN Money has released its inaugural list of the ten companies with the worst customer service, it calls the list the Customer Service Hall of Shame. Number 1? Sprint Nextel. Number five is AT&T. Verizon is number eight. Comcast, Time Warner and DirecTV are also on the list. While the results follow a rich history of telecom companies faring poorly in customer service satisfaction surveys, it seems to me these services are the most prevalent and complicated ones most U.S. consumers deal with everyday. While that doesn't mean there's not room for improvement, it certainly colors the data. Article
