An editorial in the WSJ claims that the corporate structure of Virgin Mobile USA post-IPO and some "problems with the business" could make for an inauspicious debut. The commentary pegs the IPO at about a $1 billion value, but then goes on to poke holes in the company's business model: "Virgin Mobile's customer base can be described in two words: young, poor."
