Wireless broadband developer Wave Wireless has filed for bankruptcy in Wilmington, DE. The company listed assets of $1 million and debts of $5 million after failing to find a buyer willing to pay enough for its assets so that it could pay off its debts. No word on whether the company plans to stay in business, but Vodafone apparently owes the company $686,000 for maintenance work. Article
