Sprint, NFL ink $600M mobile content deal

Sprint and the National Football League (NFL) yesterday inked a $600 million deal that will give Sprint's subscribers access to audio highlights of football games and post-game audio and video clips. Content will include game updates, live video from the NFL network, polls, contests, sweepstakes, and NFL ring tones, screensavers, and wallpaper. Sprint plans to launch the service to coincide with the kickoff of the 2005 NFL season.
