In-Stat: LTE will have 23M subscribers by 2013

Long Term Evolution (LTE) technology will have 23.1 million subscribers by 2013, according to research by In-Stat. The firm's report also predicts that most operators are approaching WiMAX technology from a fixed broadband perspective, whereas mobile operators are looking to LTE.
