T-Mobile's Neville Ray elected new 3G Americas' chair

T-Mobile USA's Neville Ray, the carrier's senior vice president of engineering and operations, was named chairperson of 3G Americas' Board of Governors. He is succeeding Kris Rinne, AT&T's senior vice president of architecture and planning. Release
