T-Mobile USA still leads in customer service

According to J.D. Powers and Associates, T-Mobile USA has earned the highest customer satisfaction among top carriers in the U.S. T-Mobile beat out its peers to earn the top spot in the Northeast region of the U.S. as well as the West and Southwest regions. In the Mid-Atlantic, Southeast and North Central regions of the country, T-Mobile tied Verizon Wireless for the top spot. According to the study, T-Mobile did particularly well in customer care, cost of service and billing. Verizon Wireless excelled in call quality and brand image. Alltel also tied for the top spot in the Southeast region thanks to its high ranking for billing. AT&T tied for the top spot in the North central region, where it scored well based on cost of service, call quality and billing.
