Last week at the Consumer Electronics Show, Verizon Wireless showed off its progress on its most ambitious effort to date: the planned rollout of its Long Term Evolution network, operating in the 700 MHz spectrum the carrier purchased for close to $10 billion during the FCC's 2008 auction.
