Three month grace period for EU roaming caps

The EU is set to grant wireless carriers in the region a three-month reprieve on the mobile roaming fee caps passed by the governing body recently. The stay could be worth hundreds of millions of euros in revenue this year for the carriers. The  proposal marks the final compromise on the bill and is backed by all factions in the European Parliament. After three months, the charges for cross-border mobile calls throughout the EU will be regulated.
