According to a recent survey conducted by the American Small Business Travelers Alliance, about 80 percent of small businesses said they rely on a wireless device to stay connected to their workers. Two-thirds of respondents said wireless technology has significantly improved their ability to communicate. A little more than 50 percent of respondents said they use a wireless lap top to check email. Also, 75 percent of respondents said using wireless technology is easier than it was last year.
