Analysts at UBS Equity Research say RIM is likely to launch its consumer handset, the BlackBerry 8100, this fall. RIM says it has not officially launched any such device. Images and reports in the blogosphere show a device that appears to include a camera and MP3 player, and UBS says the Web postings are consistent with its predictions. RIM is thought to be currently previewing the device with carriers, hence the leaks.
