US Wireless Online agreed to buy DHR Technologies, which operates under the name Skyline Broadband. US Wireless Online runs one of the nation's largest wireless broadband networks with service in 11 states, including Mississippi, Alabama, Louisiana, Tennessee, Arkansas, Texas, Kentucky, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Indiana. DHR Technologies purchased several competitors and built one of the largest Internet service provider networks in southwest Florida. US Wireless has acquired a number of companies this year including iSkywire, AIR2LAN, YYireless1.net, United Broadband Networks, and MJS Holdings. No financial terms of the deal were released.
