What to expect when releasing your first app: a developer's story

In a new column on FierceDeveloper, David Marino, the CFO and co-founder of Hidden Variable Studios, discusses his experiences in designing and launching the company's newest game, Bag It! Marino considers whether to release the game early and update it as it rolls out, or hold it until it is complete. "How much was enough? How many levels should there be? Should we fix all bugs or just the ‘important' ones? There was no real clear cut answer, but our friends and family seemed to like our game, so we decided to set a firm release date." Bag It! is due out worldwide this November on iOS and Android.
