The second quarter saw the launch of a number of new smartphones, most notably the Palm Pre and Apple's iPhone 3GS. Now that the dust has settled, how did sales shake out? The following list of the top-selling smartphones in the United States in the second quarter comes from preliminary results from research firm IDC.
