The winners and losers of CTIA 2009

The CTIA Wireless 2009 show in Las Vegas is officially a wrap. There were a few noteworthy newsmakers and a few duds as well. Thus, the Fierce editorial team spent some time thinking about the themes of the show and what their implications are. What follows is the Fierce breakdown, or scorecard, of the winners and losers in five different categories: app stores, U.S. operators, handset vendors, mobile content and infrastructure vendors.
