Signal processing technology and software-defined radio (SDR) solutions provider HelloSoft this week raised $16 million in second round funding. The round was led by TD Capital Ventures with the participation from new investors Mitsui & Company Venture Partners, Entrepia Ventures, and previous investors including Venrock Associates, Sofinnova Ventures, and Jump Startup. HelloSoft develops products and software for VoIP, WiFi, cellular, and converged networks.
