Mobile social networking is key to stay connected with consumers

A survey to be released this week, conducted by pure mobile social network itsmy.com--which surveyed 2,500 active users in mobile Internet--indicates there are comprehensive synergy effects between mobile social networks, the operators and the mobile phone manufacturers. The survey shows that more than 75 per cent of all active mobile social network users in the US and UK would prefer to have a quick link to their operator or phone manufacturer portal on their personal community site, in Italy and Spain the figure being over 80 per cent.
