Philips is expected to release the 766 later this year. It is a tri-band GSM phone with a 1.3-MP cameraphone. The 766 also supports handwriting on its touchscreen using a stylus. Unfortunately, it only appears to have 11MB of built-in memory and no Bluetooth or infrared. Pictures
