Aito Technologies and Open Technologies have entered into a strategic partnership to work together in Russia to deliver customer experience solution to regionally based operators.
As part of the agreement, Open Technologies will be able to resell Aito’s industry leading customer analytics solution, Aito CEA.
“The aim of our partnership is to help the CSPs based in the region gain better understanding of their customer lifecycle and be able to deliver a superior customer experience,” said Aito Technologies CEO Anssi Tauriainen.
