> Telekom Austria's planned acquisition of Tele2's Austrian MVNO customer base has been referred to the cartel court by the country's federal cartel office (BWB). The reference was made following an assessment by the BWB of the purchase which concluded that the takeover might impact badly on the competitive market position.
