Aperio CI has hired Johann Sebastian (Hansi) Schmid as director of business development for Europe.
With over 18 years of experience in the telecommunications and IT industries, Schmid has held management positions in marketing, customer relationship management, roaming, business development, and partnerships and alliances.
Most recently, Schmid was consulting at Deutsche Telekom for the international roll-out of a location-based services product.
He will work out of Aperio’s Munich office and will be responsible for expanding the business throughout Europe.
