Applifone, an emerging Cambodian service provider, has selected Amdocs' compact convergence suite to support the rapid delivery of next-generation products and services.
The solution will provide Applifone with flexible and innovative ways to market new value-added services to its customers.
Amdocs says its compact convergence suite offers Applifone convergent prepaid/postpaid charging, invoicing and taxation functions, scratch cards and inventory management, as well as customer care and self-service abilities. The suite provides Applifone with voice and SMS charging, data charging, and charging via any third-party applications using the open web services interface for both prepaid and postpaid accounts.
