MVNO Blyk has partnered with mobile network operator Mobistar to launch its services on the Belgian market. Already active in the UK and launching shortly in the Netherlands, Blyk offers users free mobile services in exchange for targeted advertising. The company recently announced planned launches in Spain, Germany and Belgium for 2009.
The network capacity agreement with Mobistar follows deals with Orange in the UK and Vodafone in the Netherlands.
