Indian telecoms firm Tech Mahindra bagged a €449 million (US$700 million) contract from BT Group to improve the latter's IT infrastructure, a Reuters report said.
'At any given time we are chasing big deals and long term contracts, but this is purely speculative,' the report quoted C.P. Gurnani, president for international operations, Tech Mahindra, as saying.
BT is Tech Mahindra's largest client, accounting for nearly 60% of its business, the Economic Times newspaper also said.
When contacted, a company spokesperson declined to comment on the report.
