Cbeyond has deployed FTS Leap RevChain v 7.1, an advanced billing, rating and customer-care solution.
According to the company, its implementation of the solution will provide its customers the convenience of receiving a single monthly bill for its comprehensive service bundle, which allows customers to share minutes across mobile, toll-free, and long-distance usage types.
Cbeyond says FTS Leap RevChain enables billing convergence across all of its service offerings.
The solution also supports online management of customers’ invoices via CbeyondOnline.
