US-based firms CHR Solutions and Martin Group have merged in a bid to “create the largest, single-source, resource-rich delivery of support and services to their client base.”
The merged entity will retain the CHR Solutions name, with company headquarters located in Houston, Texas. An additional 13 offices will span eight states, including Texas, Arkansas, Missouri, Minnesota, Montana, South Dakota, Tennessee, Illinois, and Kansas.
More than 425 employees will be available to serve client needs.
The combined entity will serve more than 800 clients in all 50 states and overseas.
