Turkcell Europe is running MVNO operations in Germany, enabled by a comprehensive BSS platform delivered by Comarch.
Comarch said it has delivered a comprehensive BSS platform to Mobile One GmbH, Düsseldorf. This MVNE is technically integrated with the Telekom Germany Mobile network and performs managed services for Turkcell Europe, enabling them to offer a broad range of mobile and value added services for customers in Germany.
The agreement provides for the implementation of Comarch products such as convergent billing, CRM, self care, billing mediation, B2B gateway, and service activation.
This set of tools allowed Turkcell Europe for a quick and cost-effective launch of its innovative, personalized services, delivered both in prepaid and postpaid model. The solution will also assure a seamless customer experience in Turkish and German language, as well as support partner data management for all involved parties.
