CenterNet has tapped Comarch to implement and service the customer management system, billing system and management of settlements for its partners.
The contract covers the whole implementation of the Comarch BSS Suite, as well as provision of administration services and operational support.
The following modules will be implemented: Comarch Convergent Billing, Comarch InterPartner Billing, Comarch CRM for Telecoms, Comarch Service Provisioning, Comarch Mediation, Comarch Loyalty Management, Comarch Web Dealer, Comarch Self Care, Comarch Commission and Incentive Management, and Comarch Fraud Management System and CDN XL.
