Huawei's convergent rating and billing engine combines the high reliability and performance of IN with the rating and billing flexibility of BSS.
With this independent engine, Huawei can provide its customers with end-to-end CBS delivery capability, including products enabling service control and collection, rating and billing, as well as customer care.
