Convergys has announced it has won a $6.5 million contract to provide its Intelligent Credits solution to a US wireless operator.
Convergys did not name the operator, but said it served millions of customers.
Under the deal, Convergys will also provide its Convergys Dynamic Decisioning solution, and perform annual maintenance and implementation services. The solution should be operational in Q2 this year, Convergys said.
Without an automated control system for the management of compensatory credits, the US operator was outspending the industry average on customer credits, the vendor said, adding that the solution is expected to save the operator up to $100 million per year.
