Subex Limited has launched a new online user forum to connect with its customers better and offer them best-in-class support services.

According to the company, the Subex User Forum has been developed as an extension of Subex's popular user conferences and will be open to customers and select Subex employees by invitation.

Components of the forum include a discussion forum, resource center and customer contribution section where Subex customers can share case studies, best practices and other issues related to the OSS space.
