cVidya Networks has launched BusinesView-OfferAdvisor, a new cVidyaCloud application that provides an on-demand solution for best-offer recommendations via intelligent pricing analysis.
BusinessView-OfferAdvisor enables account managers and customer care retention teams to offer customers the optimal offer (or price plan) calculated based on their real usage behavior without compromising service providers’ margins.
It is helpful in the acquisition of new customers, the retention of existing ones and for identifying up sell and cross opportunities.
