Ericsson boosts OSS/BSS portfolio with ConceptWave buy

Ericsson is boosting its position in back-office systems with the all-cash acquisition of Canadian-based OSS/BSS developer ConceptWave. ConceptWave, which employs 170 people, develops software to support network operators wanting to customise their end-user offerings and revenue management activities.
