Zain Jordan has chosen the Ericsson Charging & Billing in One (CBIO) solution as part of efforts to provide subscribers with additional billing flexibility.
With the CBIO solution, both prepaid and postpaid Zain subscribers may expect to be able to benefit from the advantages of convergent charging and billing.
Zain subscribers are expected to experience enhanced billing flexibility, which will allow them to try new services without facing unexpected costs at the end of the month.
Also, Vodafone Egypt will deploy the Ericsson Mobile Broadband Charging (MBC), which will provide up to 10 million users with data options and more flexible on-demand subscriptions.
The MBC allows mobile users to personalize both prepaid and postpaid data usage plans in real time.
Already fully implemented for all Vodafone Egypt's prepaid data users, the system will soon be rolled out for postpaid subscribers.
