Bjorn Olsson, EVP of Ericsson and deputy head of Business Unit Network, has decided to pursue opportunities outside Ericsson and will leave the company at year-end, the company announced.
'Bjorn Olsson has been with Ericsson for more than 25 years and he has held many key management positions within the company. I respect that he has decided to pursue opportunities outside Ericsson. During his career within Ericsson, he has contributed with his vast experience in a highly appreciated way' says Carl-Henric Svanberg, President and CEO of Ericsson.
Olsson was EVP and head of business unit Systems 2004-2007.
