GSA: Nearly 100 LTE devices now available

The latest LTE Ecosystem report from the Global mobile Suppliers Association indicates there are now 98 LTE devices available following product launches at the recent Mobile World Congress and CeBIT exhibition events. The trade organisation said that devices equipped to work with LTE included 22 modules, seven tablets, six netbooks/laptops, one PC Card, six smartphones and 28 USB modems/dongles. The GSA said the number of LTE devices now confirmed represents an increase of 55 per cent compared to the number reported by GSA in its first report into the LTE ecosystem published just five weeks ago.
