Hydro One Telecom is expanding its existing Telcordia solution to increase network management efficiency across all of its networks.
The upgrades provide Hydro One Telecom with a single, comprehensive resource for modeling and capacity planning across all of its data networks, improving its service to customers and its parent company, Hydro One.
Hydro One Telecom has been using Telcordia Network Engineer as well as Common Language information services since 2002, and the Granite Inventory since 2003.
This latest expansion sees Hydro One upgrading to the latest version of Granite Inventory, which includes enhanced data visualization capabilities.
