South African wireless broadband provider iBurst has chosen FTS' Leap Billing solution as its real-time billing platform.
The Leap Billing platform will be integrated with Softline's Sage Line 500 ERP system, Aradial's AAA and other components - which iBurst currently use - to cater to the service provider's requirements, including VoIP.
Leap Billing will also support quota management, VoIP interconnect, and complete customer management functionality, including financial transactions. According to iBurst, the Leap Billing platform will allow it to streamline its billing operation to offer more service packages to its subscribers while increasing its revenues.
